Meet Elle and her new boat Trevor!

It was a real collective effort to secure a new boat for Elle with funding from the Trust, Hamilton Davies Trust, family and friends and most importantly Ben from PPSL. He was able to match fund the other contributions to seal the purchase of the boat so that Elle is now better equipped to pursue her dreams of competing at the highest level she can in her chosen sport.

Peter Collins, Managing Trustee for the Trust said, I am delighted that we were able to assist Elle with some funding but more importantly in co-ordinating a plan to secure the funding needed to secure a top class 2021 boat. I would like to thank everyone who contributed but particularly Ben and his father David who with their significant involvement have made this a dream come true for Elle”.

It was also agreed that boat would be named Trevor Mole, after one of our trustees who sadly and unexpectedly passed away at the start of the year with Covid.
