About us
The Salford Foundation Trust is a grant giving charity helping young people to develop their skills and talents and to support their aspirations.
The Trust is a grant giving charity helping young people to develop their skills and talents.
It provides financial assistance to those who wish to experience or enhance personal and learning development opportunities that may otherwise be restricted by their financial means.
The Trust offers the opportunity to obtain funding where personal circumstances could stand in the way of ambitions and provides support for young people between the ages of five and 25 who live in Salford.
The Salford Foundation Trust will consider requests to fund opportunities that will enable a young person to learn and/or develop new skills or take part in a character building experience or activity.
Examples of this “opportunity” could be an item of equipment or an activity. We are keen to hear about the impact the opportunity will have on the applicant and what they hope to achieve from it.
