Employee Fundraising

For several years the Trust has been very lucky to have had the support of several local companies whose employees have entered the Great Manchester 10K Run to fundraise for us. We’d like to thank the staff from BNY Mellon, Property Tectonics, Haines Watts Ltd, Gray Scanlan Hill, Myerson Solicitors and Salford Foundation who took part in 2016. Read about last year’s event here.

We hope to continue to enter a team each year, and as such we are always looking for the support of new companies in the event.

Employees of local companies may be parents, neighbours or relatives of a potential beneficiary, and may be keen to support our cause. Even without the personal connection, employees may wish to support the Trust by organising fundraising initiatives or taking part in sporting challenges etc. Some companies choose to support and incentivise their staff’s efforts by nominating “champions” or match-funding their fundraising total.

If you are interested in supporting the Trust through employee fundraising, please contact us on 0161 787 3834 or at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. We would be delighted to hear from you!

Charities

Working in partnership with charities sharing similar ethos has the potential to optimise the assistance available and produce greater outcomes for children and young people in Salford. For example, our partnership with the Charles Camilleri Foundation has enabled us to offer grants to support 18-28 year-olds in Salford to start a business.

If you are a charity and would like to discuss opportunities to work in partnership with the Trust, please contact us on 0161 787 3834 or email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
